Founded by a young woman of color with just a vision to carve her own path in an industry fueled by profit over people, Judy Brown Properties (affectionately known as JBP) opened it’s doors in 2002. Judy Brown Properties has established itself as a boutique firm within the property sector, operating throughout the Western Cape. We pride ourselves on our ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients—and honour that bond with personalised professionalism
Judy Brown started her career in 1999 and has since built an impressive career but more importantly to her, a reputation within the industry for her ethics and professionalism while still ensuring commercial success.
Judy personally mentors each staff member and instills in everyone here the ethos that being a property practitioner is more than just a job—it's someone's home, their investment. There are people behind all transactions: ours is to connect them with services they need at every stage of life
